I am an Arab and I have olive skin, brown eyes, dark brown hair. I went to a party Indigenous Issues, and I'm with an orange salwar (pants + dress) ... as follows:

Apply black eyeliner and then only spots with a brush at an angle. Then apply the eye shadow color you want and mix. Brush on the application of suntan lotion and lipstick color that is closest to your own lipstick. There you go.

Okay. Most Indians are much eyeliner (kohl / coal) and is a little smoke in the rule. curly hair (this is optional, however) and a dark lipstick. Hope this helps (:

If you want the look that easy to use and exotic gold eyeshadow on the eyelid and run an off-winged black eye, cat eyes! It's easy, but it looks very exotic! Enjoy!
